Stichting Run Good Do Good (“RGDG”, “we”, or “us”) is committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG).

2. Children’s Privacy
Consent: We do not knowingly collect or process personal data of individuals under the age of 16 without prior explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Parental Rights: Parents or guardians can review data, request deletion, or refuse further collection by contacting [email protected].
3. Types of Data We Collect
Donors: Name, email, contribution details, and transaction logs.
Volunteer Athletes: Profile details (name, photo), campaign stories, and integrated sports activity data (e.g., Strava/Garmin).
NGO Representatives: Name, professional contact details, and organization info.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Consent: For marketing, newsletters, and audiovisual recording.
Contractual Obligation: To manage your participation, track campaigns, and facilitate the donation bridge between donors and NGOs.
Legal Obligation: For financial reporting, tax purposes, and anti-fraud measures.
Legitimate Interest: To improve platform security and user experience.

5. Data Retention
Financial & Transaction Records: 7 (seven) years (as required by Dutch tax law), even if the donation is sent directly to the NGO.
Marketing Data: Until you withdraw your consent.
Campaign Records: Stored for the duration of the campaign and a reasonable period thereafter for impact reporting.
6. International Data Transfers We use global service providers (e.g., Google, Mailchimp, Mollie). Transfers outside the EEA are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other GDPR-approved safeguards.
7. Third-Party Sharing We share specific data with:
The Chosen NGO: To allow them to issue tax receipts and report on the campaign.
Payment Providers: To ensure secure processing of donations.
8. Your Rights Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase, or restrict the processing of your data. You may also object to processing or request data portability.
