1. RGDG PLATFORM TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Parties and Scope:

This agreement is between Stichting Run Good Do Good (RGDG) and the individual registering on the RGDG platform as a Volunteer Athlete or Donor.

2. Fundraising Rules:

Campaigns: Volunteer Athletes create campaigns only for NGOs approved by RGDG.
Donation Flow: RGDG provides the technological infrastructure (bridge) for donations. Donations are transferred directly to the NGO's account via the integrated payment gateway. RGDG does not hold donation funds in its own bank accounts.
Service Fees: NGOs are charged a platform service fee as per their separate agreement with RGDG. This fee is independent of the donor's transaction and is invoiced to the NGO.
Refunds: Donations are generally non-refundable as they constitute charitable gifts once transferred to the NGO. Any refund requests must be directed to the recipient NGO.

3. Code of Conduct:

Volunteer Athletes agree not to share offensive, political, or inappropriate content. RGDG reserves the right to remove campaigns that violate ethical values or the platform's mission.
4. Health Disclaimer: Participation in physical activities (running, swimming, cycling, etc.) is at the user's own risk. RGDG is not liable for any injuries sustained during training or activities.
5. Intellectual Property: Users grant RGDG a non-exclusive license to display their campaign content and photos for promotional and reporting purposes.

2. PRIVACY NOTICE FOR VOLUNTEER ATHLETES & DONORS

1. Data Controller: Stichting Run Good Do Good.

2. Data We Collect on the Platform:
Volunteer Athletes: Profile details, sports activity logs (via Strava/Garmin integration), campaign stories, and photos.
Donors: Name (or "Anonymous" preference), email address, and contribution amount. 3. Purposes of Processing:
Facilitating the donation bridge and verifying transaction logs for impact reporting.
Displaying campaign progress on the platform.
Sending transactional emails (donation confirmations, campaign updates). 4. Visibility Preferences: * Volunteer Athletes can choose to keep their profiles public or private.
Donors can choose to hide their names from public donor lists. 5. Third-Party Sharing: Necessary data is shared with the chosen NGO for their tax/reporting purposes and with payment providers (Mollie/FinDock) to process the transaction.

3. RGDG PLATFORM EXPLICIT CONSENT FORM

I hereby grant my explicit consent to the following:
[ ] Newsletter & Marketing: I consent to RGDG sending me updates about new NGOs, upcoming events, and social impact reports via email.
[ ] Profile Visibility: I consent to my name and campaign photo being displayed on the RGDG platform.
[ ] International Data Transfer: I acknowledge that some service providers (e.g., email infrastructure) may store data outside the EEA, and I consent to this transfer under GDPR-approved safeguards.
[ ] Sports Data Integration: (Optional) I consent to RGDG fetching my sports activity data (Strava/Garmin) to display on my campaign page.
